A toddler was found unconscious Thursday morning in Bnei Brak.
Volunteers of the United Hatzalah emergency service applied resuscitation procedures until a mobile intensive-care unit arrived. The ambulance transported the child to Schneider Children's Hospital in Petach Tikva, where his condition was listed as critical.
