At least 31 people have been killed and 72 injured by a powerful chain-reaction explosion in a fireworks market in Mexico, the Governor of the State of Mexico Eruviel Avila said.
Some 13 children who suffered burns to over 90 per cent of their bodies were sent to the US city of Galveston, Texas for treatment, according to the Governor.
