The Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi David Lau, referred on Thursday evening to the massacre in Aleppo, Syria.
"It is Syria, an enemy state, but it’s also a massacre of men, women and children for which there is no justification, and the Jewish soul cannot stand idly by. We must protest and try to wake up the world so that it doesn’t put up with this," said Rabbi Lau.
