A man about the age of 20 was brought to a clinic in the Israeli Arab city of Taibe, Tuesday evening after he was shot in the upper body.
The Magen David Adom emergency service treated him and transported him to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba in serious condition. The shooting is under investigation.
