MK Yoav Kisch (Likud), one of the initiators of the Regulation Law, welcomed on Wednesday evening the bill’s approval in a first reading.
"Changing the political strategy in Judea and Samaria begins with the Regulation Law. We were elected to lead a national government. Strengthening the settlement enterprise is an integral part of that," said Kisch.
