Deputy Defense Minister Hotovely talked about the Regulation Law at a convention for Jewish journalism. She said that the Law is right and ethical.
"The threat of the Hague international court is extreme, considering the fact that the Palestinians are not a state and do not have the right to appear in the court," she said.
