The rabbi of Amona, Rabbi Yair Frank, questioned the fact that the newly-cemented Regulation Law does not include protection against the demolition of Amona, due to it's removal of "paragraph 7."
"If the government and Knesset accept the logic of compensation and not evictions, there is no real reason why the solution should not also apply retroactively. Why can't it include Amona?" he asked on Radio Kol Hai.
