The Health Ministry said, Tuesday, that most of the kilogram-sized hummus with an expiration date of January 5th has been collected and removed from the shelves of stores in the Supersol chain, which had announced that the packages had been infected with the listeria bacteria.
Of the 2,300 packages that might have been infected, only 360 were shipped by Saltei Shamir to the retailer. Consumers should check the date and not use the product.
