Meat from an unknown source which was improperly documented was found by the district veterinarian of the Tel Aviv Health Office during an inspection of the Delicatessen delicatessen on Yehuda Levy Street in Tel Aviv on Sunday.
About 38 kilograms of meat were destroyed on the veterinarian's orders. The Health Ministry issued a reminder that the sale of meat that is not properly stored or marketed is a public-health risk.
