Central District prosecutors filed an indictment with the Petach Tikva Magistrates Court for Traffic Offenses, charging 37-year-old Valdalena Rosnovsky of Petach Tikva with reckless vehicular manslaughter.
The charges stem from the death of a 79-year-old jaywalker about four months ago.
