Hundreds of contract laborers at Hillel Yaffe Hospital in the northen city of Afula will be absorbed by the hospital on Wednesday as direct employees of the hospital on the payroll of the state.
As a result, the employees will benefit from many rights that are anchored in collective bargaining agreements, such as salary increments according to seniority and other benefits, as well as job security.
