Dozens of taxis are scheduled to travel on Highway 1 from Latrun to Israel's government complex in Jerusalem as part of a protest against the government's lowering of the fare ceiling by 12 percent.
The action is expected to congest traffic along the protest route, starting at 9:30 Monday morning.
