Police and Border Guards at a crossing from the Shuafat refugee camp into other parts of Jerusalem stopped a vehicle for inspection, Thursday.
They found tear gas, a club, binoculars and a military vest in the vehicle's trunk. The driver, a resident of the camp, was detained for questioning.
