A family of five living in a wooden house in the Samarian Jewish community of Yitzhar escaped with their lives during the pre-dawn hours of Thursday morning, when the house caught fire.
Despite the quick efforts of local firefighters to control the blaze, the fire almost completely destroyed the house and its contents were burnt or badly damaged.
