The state has reached a plea-bargain arrangement with owners of a banquet hall in Yavneh, where the collapse of a light fixture killed a woman around the age of 50 and injured 21 others in June of 2015.
Channel 2 Television reports the plea bargain does not call for the owners to serve any prison time.
