Israeli Police and Border Police arrested a short while ago a 13-year-old youth from the Arab neighborhood of Issawiya in Jerusalem after he was caught throwing rocks at cars on the road heading to Ma'ale Adumim.
The youth was arrested and brought in for investigation.
