Minister of Internal Security Gilad Erdan responded to the decision of UNESCO to adopt a resolution that denies the Jewish tie to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.
"The nation of Israel, which for thousands of years directed its prayers to the site of the Temple - even in the hardest of times - doesn't need the permission of UNESCO for our historic connection to the Temple Mount and Western Wall," Erdan said.
