The official value of the shekel declined by an average of .019 percent, Monday, in mixed trading against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.

The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.791, down .079 percent, while the Euro rose .391 percent to 4.2315 shekels, and the pound sterling was set at 4.709 shekels, down .161 percent.
