Hashalom Court in Jerusalem has ruled Hamis Salamiah must spend two years in prison.
Salamiah lives in an Arab neighborhood in Jerusalem, and is charged with causing the death of Border Police officer Hadar Cohen with his carelessness.
Cohen was killed last year in a terror attack near Damascus Gate in Jerusalem's Old City.
Salamiah is charged with transporting the illegals who carried out the murder.
