Last weekend, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte compared himself to Hitler and said that he would have no problem exterminating 3 million drug addicts as part of his war on drugs.
On Sunday, he apologized at a news conference and Tuesday, he came to a local synagogue and apologized to the local Jewish community.
