Police are investigating the shooting of a 23-year-old man, Thursday evening near a banquet hall in the northern Israeli Arab city of Umm El-Fahm.
Medics and paramedics of the Magen David Adom emergency service engaged in resuscitation efforts while transporting the victim to Ha'emek Hospital in Afula in critical condition with wounds to the upper body.
