Education Minister Naftali Bennett has instructed educational institutions to open today's learning with a memorial for Shimon Peres, Israel's former President who passed away last night following a serious stroke.
The institutions are to open with an assessment of Peres' contribution to the State of Israel; afterward, they are to survey the variety of public positions Peres held in his lifetime.
