Tourism Minister Yariv Levin expressed his condolences over the death of former President Shimon Peres.
"I wish to comfort and strengthen the Peres family at this difficult time. Our ninth president was an erudite person whose years-long contribution to the State of Israel is invaluable. I disagreed with him more than once but at the same time I had a great appreciation for his tremendous contribution to the State of Israel in a variety of areas. May his memory be blessed."
