According to Army Radio, 38-year-old Yelena Dolinin has set the record for Israeli women marathoners, with her 2:35:59 time in the Berlin Marathon (7th place).
This is also the first time Dolinin has run a full marathon.
"I [run] out of great love," she said. "[That's why I] invest so much in it. On the other hand, because of my age, there's no pressure or expectations from myself, I just do it for fun."
