Advocate General Eleanor Sharpston told the European Union’s European Court of Justice, Thursday, that Hamas should be taken off the EU’s terror list, because the bloc’s governments failed to present sufficient evidence that the group participated in terrorist attacks, according to the Wall Street Journal.
