A Palestinian driver has died after a car accident between Ariel and Tapuah. The road there has been blocked.
Medics reported that a 30-year-old woman was killed at the scene, and a 2-year-old baby was evacuated to Beilinson Hospital with moderate to serious injuries.
In addition two other injured were evacuated by Palestinian medics to Shechem for treatment.
