The Israeli Supreme Court has reportedly taken sides on the Kotel Plan and allegedly advised the Reform Movement plaintiffs on how to conduct their case.
The Movement for Government and Democracy has asked the judges, including president Miriam Naor, to recuse themselves from the case.
