An large-scale exercise simulating a missile hit on the Haifa Chemicals plant in the Haifa Bay is scheduled to start at 10:00, Tuesday morning and run until 2 pm. There will be considerable traffic involving emergency vehicles.
The exercise involves the Israel Defense Forces' Homefront Command, emergency services, the Haifa municipality and the Environmental Protection Ministry.
