Deputy Defense Minister Eli Ben-Dahan approved, Sunday, a budget of more than four million shekels to pave a bypass road to the south and east of the Gush Etzion Junction of Highway 60.
The bypass is intended to make travel between Kiryat Arba'/Hevron and Jerusalem easier by reducing delays at the junction. The military has been asking for the bypass to address terror attacks at the site.
