Israel Railways announced, Monday morning, that the upgrade of the fast line between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem has started and is running as planned. The three main stations in Tel Aviv have been closed for the eight-day project.
A statement by the railroad said, "As of this point in time, there is no congestion. The train system is working according to the plan explained to the public, without exceptions."
