After some 20 members of the Arab Balad political party were arrested on suspicions of illegal monetary activity to fund the party, Balad members called the arrests a "political hunt."
"The goal [of the arrests] is to silence Balad and to damage its functioning. All the attempts to politically hunt Balad have failed - this time, too, it will become apparent that they are making a mountain out of a molehill," they said.
