Police told heads of the 'Otzma Yehudit' movement that they are permitted to protest in the village of Ara, 120 meters away from the house of terrorist Nashat Melhem's parents.
Melhem had carried out a murderous terrorist attack in Tel Aviv. Otzma Yehudit seeks to protest the behavior of the village, which provided cover for Melhem after his attack.
