A ceremony was held, Tuesday afternoon, to mark the signing of an agreement for payment of the Palestinian Authority's debt to the Israel Electric Company. The agreement calls for the PA to pay 570 million shekels (about $151 million) to the IEC, with the balance to be paid off in 48 installments.
