The Israel Football Association approved, Tuesday afternoon, the complete return of Israeli soccer this coming weekend.

Everything but the national team's preparations for Monday evening's World Cup opener against Italy was suspended, last week, over the lack of a marketing agreement with the Toto commission for regulating sports betting in Israel and difficulties in talks with the Finance Ministry. IFA Chairman Ofer Eini said there has been a lot of progress with the Treasury during the last 24 hours, which resulted in the necessary guarantees to lead to the signing of an agreement with Toto in the next few days.
