Chairman Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority said, Tuesday, that an aide to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu had suggested delaying a proposed meeting between the two leaders in Moscow on Friday, according to Agence France Presse.
Abbas made the announcement at a joint news conference in Warsaw with Polish President Andrzej Duda.
