The Histadrut Labor Federation has informed the new Kan public broadcasting corporation that 60 percent of its administrative and engineering employees have signed forms to be represented by the union.
The employees do not just want the benefits of a collective bargaining agreement. They also want to be involved in decisions that affect their future in the workplace.
