The official value of the shekel rose an average of .181 percent, Tuesday, against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.782, down .158 percent, while the Euro declined .321 percent to 4.2237 shekels. The pound sterling was set at 4.9585 shekels, down .016 percent.
