More Israelis have a negative view of the functioning of the state school than a positive one, according to a survey, released Sunday by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Seven percent said the system functions very well while 38 percent said it functioned well. 36 percent said "not so well" and twelve percent said "not well at all". Another seven percent did not know.
