Chairman Issa Karaka of the Palestinian Authority Prisoners Committee announced, Thursday morning, that Bilal Kayed will be released from Israeli administrative detention in December under an agreement to end his hunger strike, according to the Walla! website.
Kara said the Popular Front terrorist ended his hunger strike after 71 days, Wednesday evening, but other administrative detainees will continue their hunger strikes until they are freed.
