The Jerusalem District Prosecutor filed an indictment against David Amar, 21-years-old, for hitting a 6-year-old at the Bar Ilan Junction in Jerusalem last Friday and fleeing the scene.
Amar, who has never had a driver's license, is charged with abandoning the site of the incident, negligent driving, and violating a crosswalk right-of-way.
