Complaint filed over caricature of Deputy Defense Minister

Shlomi Tamam, chairman of the Jewish Home party’s branch in Holon, on Tuesday filed a complaint for incitement against the haredi newspaper Hapeles, after it published an inciting cartoon against Deputy Defense Minister Rabbi Eli Ben-Dahan

Hapeles, which is the mouthpiece of the Yerushalmi faction headed by Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach, which is vociferously opposed to any compromises regarding efforts to draft yeshiva students, last week published a caricature portraying Rabbi Ben-Dahan as a hangman targeting innocent yeshiva students.
