Labour and Welfare Minister Haim Katz (Likud) is enacting a plan to make subsidized early childcare more accessible in Israel.
As the new school year looms, Minister Katz established a service to help parents fill out application forms correctly, and is streamlining the process so parents can get a response to their application within 3 days - as opposed to the previous waiting time of 3 months.
