The Samaria-Judea District police have initiated criminal proceedings against the organizer of a Monday-evening visit by dozens of Breslav Hasidim to Joseph's Tomb, near the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Shechem, according to Kol Yisrael government radio.
A teenage participant suffered light facial injuries when their bus was stoned. The bus driver also faces charges. A district police commander repeated earlier statements that the participants endangered themselves and security forces who came to their rescue. He stressed there is no going to Joseph's Tomb without prior coordination with security forces.
