A 15-year-old boy was seriously injured, Tuesday, when his electric bike was struck by a vehicle on Yigal Yadin Street, near the Ramat Shlomo Junction in Jerusalem.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered light injuries. Congestion was reported at the scene.
