Egypt's Foreign Ministry denied, Monday evening, that Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said the killing of Palestinian children by Israel is not terror. Accusing some Arab media of deliberatedly distorting Shoukry's words, a ministry spokesman said Shoukry was responding to a question that was "not connected in any way to the killing of innocent Palestinian children but was theoretical and general about why the international community does not define Israeli actions against the Palestinians as terror."
The spokesman stressed Egypt's full support for the Palestinians.
