An exhibit entitled "Between David and Goliath - the Riddle of Kiafeh" opens next week at the Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem. For the first time, it will unveil to the public finds from the Khirbath Kiafeh archaeological site, next to the place where David beat Goliath.
The exhibition includes an intriguing inscription, in the opinion of many experts the earliest Hebrew description. It includes the Hebrew words for "worship the" "king" "judge" "Don't do" and more. In addition, extraordinary temples models which were found in worship rooms, including a magnificent temple model made of carved stone with architectural decorations that can tie them to the description of the temple and palace built by King Solomon in Jerusalem.
