Chairman Yochai Damari of the Hevron Hills Council said, Sunday, that the destruction of the home of a terror murderer was a positive step but cited the state for what he called "a revolving door [which] allows the construction of thousands of homes for Arab population with an urban building plan and without permission in Area C [of Judea and Samaria] that is under Israeli sovereignty."
Damari suggested, ''The State of Israel must take steps in the field to build houses for the Israeli population and to strengthen the settlement enterprise. It must also relocate terrorists and terror-supporting population to Gaza." He said, ''These are concrete. We must not be satisfied with empty declarations, moments of terror, and symbolic steps which accomplish nothing."
