The Supreme Court rejected, Sunday, a petition against the demolition of the home of one of the terrorists who were involved in the murder of Rabbi Michael Mark and the wounding members of his family last month.
Announcing the ruling, Justice Noam Sohlberg said there was no reason to intervene in the military commander's decision on the matter.
