Turkish President Binali Yildirim warmly welcomed Russia's request for access to the Incirlik Air Base, as a launch for soldiers fighting ISIS.
"The United States, Germany, and Qatar all use the base, and other nations are also able too. We're not against it," he commented.
The US is storing several nuclear warheads at Incirlik.
