Chairman of the Foreign and Security Committee MK Avi Dichter (Likud) said last night that the Prime Minister and former Defense Minister Ehud Barak, who are set to present to the Sub-committee of Intelligence, refused to meet with him. Dichter wanted the meeting, in order to clarify his remarks to the effect of "Netanyahu is bad for Israel's security."
Dichter emphasized that they cannot simply approach the sub-committee as an "on-demand" service. One can only present to the sub-committee after the Chairman of the Foreign and Security Committee approves your reasons.
